Online Shopping Policy
This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from www.photowarehouse.co.nz. Please read these terms and conditions of sale carefully. They contain very important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.Â By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We value your custom and as such have taken measures to provide you with a secure purchasing environment. Payments can be made by either by Direct Credit or through DPS - who are the online payment service provider for many respected New Zealand businesses. DPS has their own comprehensive security and infrastructure.
Price and Payment Terms
Your total price for the products will be stated on your purchase receipt. All prices quoted include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment for the products must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or direct deposit). Orders are not binding upon Photo Warehouse until accepted by Photo Warehouse. Any price quotations given by Photo Warehouse will be valid for the period stated on the quotation, with the exception that Photo Warehouse reserves the right to reject any sale for any reason, including for a misprint in the price quotation or advertisement. Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling, which will be added.
We accept payment by the following methods. Please note payment is required before products are dispatched.
Visa&MasterCard (domestic customers) We only accept credit cards issued by / New Zealand banks Â BNZ, Westpac, ANZ,National bank, ASB, Kiwi bank etc etcÂ
Direct deposit/internet banking (international customers). You will be sent an email with our account details and your purchase reference number. Please make sure your payment includes the reference number, failure to do may cause delays in your products being shipped.
Confirmed payment is required before shipments are dispatch.
Shipping and Title
Please note chemicals, certain consumables and oversized items (eg. Printers, Scanners, Backdrops) may require special shipping and handling charges, or procedures.
Photo Warehouse will arrange shipping of the products to your address. Ownership of the products passes to you upon delivery and must be signed for. The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt. Photo Warehouse will inform you of estimated shipment dates, but will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, transportation failure, or acts of God.
Photo Warehouse as part of the dispatch process will also provide you with a courier tracking number&the online tracking system details. All deliveries must be signed for so please consider this when deciding what delivery address to use.

Or other items deemed to attract excess freight content
We cannot courier to P O Boxes so a physical address must be supplied.
All international customers will be contacted once a freight charge has been established.Â All import duties&local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and Photo Warehouse cannot and will not get involved in any disputes arising from such matters.
Please place the order as per normal. A staff member will be in touch with you to discuss freight costs before any charges are applied to your credit card. If you are unhappy with freight costs you may cancel the order at this time.
Inspection of Products upon Receipt
You must examine the products when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Photo Warehouse at once. Photo Warehouse will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Please retain all packaging for inspection purposes.
All new merchandise purchased from Photo Warehouse is warranted by the manufacturer's warranty (Usually 12 months). Warranty claims on domestic equipment used in a professional environment may be declined if excessive wear is present, for example: consumer digital cameras used for business purposes&budget lighting equipment designed for Photo enthusiast work in high use situations.
You just received your order and it's not quite what you expected! Contact us on +64 4 3851542 or Â firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss options regarding an exchange. Items that are excluded from this exchange policy are cameras and video cameras, books or any product of which software has been opened. The exchange credit is for the item value excluding freight charges&any new freight charges will be charged for.
We cannot except returns of software, film, paper, bulbs, batteries, video batteries, ink cartridges, memory cards, tapes, chemistry or any other consumable products or items which have been removed from the original sealed packaging or "blister-pack". In addition we do not accept returns for processing equipment once used with chemistry, inkjet printers (once ink cartridge has been installed), and underwater equipment once taken underwater. We can not accept exchange of items specially ordered in that we do not normally carry in stock.
Exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts etc. The manufacturer's labelled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Please ship your parcel back to Photo Warehouse freight prepaid and Insured. Sorry, Photo Warehouse cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
Faulty or Defective ProductsÂ
This above Policy including exclusions does not apply to faulty or defective product which will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the Consumer guarantees act.
All requests for an exchange must be made within 7 days from date of delivery.
All returns must be approved by the above procedure before sending goods back to us.
All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST (15% Tax). International customers can purchase GST free. This only applies to orders we export to a non New Zealand delivery address. The GST will be removed at the checkout stage of placing your order. Please note for international orders we can only accept direct deposit of money into our nominated bank account.
