The Sony FE 8-14mm F3.5 Fisheye G brings a completely new perspective to the Alpha system as Sony’s first native E-mount fisheye zoom. Covering everything from a true circular fisheye at 8mm to a frame-filling diagonal fisheye at 14mm, it gives photographers an unusually flexible way to explore the dramatic distortion and immersive perspective that only a fisheye lens can create.
A constant F3.5 maximum aperture is maintained throughout the zoom range, while an advanced 16-element, 13-group optical design makes generous use of ED glass to deliver excellent resolution across the frame. An extremely rare Aspherical ED element further optimises image quality while helping minimise flare.
Despite its specialised optics and ultra-wide coverage, the lens remains remarkably compact at just 314 g. A minimum focusing distance of 0.15 m opens up even more creative possibilities with exaggerated close-up perspectives, while dust and moisture-resistant construction makes it ready for shooting beyond the studio.
