The Nikon Z5IIC with NIKKOR Z 40mm f/2 SE Lens pairs the Silver Z5IIC body with Nikon’s Special Edition 40mm prime, creating a compact full-frame kit with a distinctly classic look. The Z5IIC features a 24.5MP FX-format CMOS sensor and EXPEED 7 processor, combining full-frame image quality with a flat-top, viewfinder-free design centred around its 3.2-inch vari-angle touchscreen.

The camera offers subject detection for 10 subject types, 3D-tracking and up to 7.5 stops of in-camera Vibration Reduction. For hybrid shooting, it supports 4K UHD recording up to 60p in crop mode as well as internal N-RAW recording, while Nikon Imaging Cloud and Imaging Recipes provide additional options for creating and sharing different looks.

Included in this kit is the NIKKOR Z 40mm f/2 SE — the Special Edition version of Nikon’s compact 40mm prime. Its retro-inspired exterior features checked knurling, a contrasting silver band and vintage NIKKOR logo and typeface inspired by classic Nikon FM-era lenses, making it a particularly natural match for the Silver Z5IIC body.

The 40mm focal length provides a natural perspective suited to everyday photography, street shooting and portraits, while the bright f/2 maximum aperture offers useful low-light performance and control over depth of field. Two aspherical elements help maintain sharpness and control distortion, while a stepping motor provides smooth, quiet autofocus for both stills and video.
