The hood made of ABS material, which makes it sturdy and durable. The interior surface is matte to further reduce light spots entering the lens. The use of this hood will not appear dark corners, does not affect the use of 77mm filters and lens cap. In addition, by extending the end of the lens, it effectively prevents excess stray light from entering the lens.
